Tween Yoga 5-Week Spring Series, Thursdays, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enroll your tweens in an empowering journey through yoga flow sequences, strengthening and balancing poses, and stress-reducing mindfulness techniques! These kids yoga classes go beyond movement, incorporating journaling and creative mindful art projects with all materials included. Building a strong foundation in yoga and mindfulness equips tweens with lifelong skills—enhancing focus, reducing anxiety, improving body awareness, and refining balance, coordination, and flexibility. This is a chance for tweens to connect with like-minded yogis and embark on a transformative path of well-being and camaraderie.
