Terms and conditions for Toddler Premium Membership

Free Spirit Bend Toddler Premium Membership Terms and Conditions Agreement

Eligibility: Age 10 months to 3 years old.

Class Access: Includes two weekly classes– two Ninja Warrior Classes, two Kids Yoga Classes, or one of each, (same classes each week). Enrollment is open anytime (subject to availability) and must be purchased in the child’s name. Membership cannot be shared.

Billing: Monthly fees are auto-charged on the 1st of each month; first month prorated based on the enrollment date. Members must keep payment info current; failed payments will suspend membership.

Holds: Membership can be paused for up to 4 weeks per year.

Make-ups: One make-up per month allowed within 30 days, based on class availability. Missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled.

Closures: No classes during Thanksgiving week, two weeks of Winter Break, and one week of Spring Break; fees are prorated. Holiday and snow closures may offer make-ups if space allows.

Schedule Changes: Member must email request with fourteen (14) days notice (subject to availability), no fee. Verbal request are not accepted.

Cancellation: Member must email request with thirty (30) days’ notice. The final month’s fee will be prorated according to the billing cycle, and access will continue for thirty (30) days from the date of request. Verbal requests are not accepted.

Re-enrollment: Based on availability; waitlisted clients are prioritized.

Terms Updates: Free Spirit Bend may amend membership terms or pricing with a thirty (30) day notice. Continued membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Assumption of Risk: Members accept risks of physical activity and release Free Spirit Bend and its instructors from liability for injuries or accidents.

These Terms and Conditions, along with updates provided in writing or via communication channels, form the complete agreement regarding Toddler Premium Membership.
